Bad service at Hi-fi corporation Southgate mall

i bought a canon printer and photocopy machine within a month it started giving problems it could not copy or scan i took it back to the store to ask for a refund or a credit note so that i could add on it and buy another fami**** brand instore but their manager Vusi refused saying that there must be a trail of complains or of records showing that it was brought several times for repairs and still not working before they can do that, and now that i had only brought it once they cant help me.
