Bad service at hi-fi corporation

I bought a new uhd tv at hi-fi corporation on the 26th or march. On the 16th of may i experienced a technical break down. Now i returned it back to the store and asked them to refund me. They totally refused to do so. So ill like to know is it not my right if i don't want that brand coz they refused even when i pay to change the brand.
