Bad service at Customer Care in Festival Mall

Service I got from customer care Festival mall is really bad, Cassandra Ndlovu and her assistant at customer care are really incopitent. I had a sms and email from Abacus to collect device at the store and they told me they have nothing from Abacus, when they called abacus they were told that there is a mistake with the reference it's showing Incredible connection. They were promised by Kgaugelo that it will be corrected and fixed the next morning, Cassandra ns her assistant promised to follow up and call me around 10 o'clock. they took my phone number at festival mall and I didn't receive any call, I went after work only to find out that they never follow up and the reference was not fixed by dissapointing abacus.its so bad that they hanging my phone number in the wall for 3 days yet no contact on me and I had to go to store 3 times only yo be turned back and decorated with my details on the wall.
