Bad service and waiting on refund

I ordered something online 30/11/24 got a call from incredible connection 4/12/24 telling me that they out of stock and that they will refund me . Send all info that they asked me including bank confirmation letter. I am still waiting for my refund up until today its been escalated so many time as our their customer care line agents butt I don't get my money.
