BAD SERVICE AND/OR REPAIRS

I bought a TV in August 2014 from Hi-fi Corporation, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre. On 2 May 2015, my sound of my TV (not even a year old) disappeared. I took it in to Hi-Fi Corporation for repairs as it is still under GUARANTEE. It is today, 27 May 2015, 23 working days later and I have not heard from them regarding my TV. I have contacted them and left a message to contact me urgently. I think this is BAD for business. Don't ever buy anything from Hi-Fi because ones you bought something and it breaks, you struggle to get a response and/or repair. I will never again buy anything from them if this is the service I get from them.
