Bad Service and Faulty Goods

I bought a washing machine in October 2024, in December the machine made funny noise when doing the laundry. I reported this to HiFi Corp. A technician was sent to check the problem on the 3rd of January, I have to follow up for feedback and the last email I sent there was not even an acknowledgement. This is very disappointing to say the least.
