Bad service and delivery time

Worst service ever!!! 6 days later haven’t received my order what happened to 2-5days delivery? It’s not something that required assembling shouldn’t have ordered here infact I don’t recommend anyone to use this company at all. Their call centre service is the pits, no assistance just an sms stating that your complain was received no communication there after!
