Bad service and customer engament

Bought chest Freezer from Hi fi Corporation , was not working from day one reported it and i was told to wait for 21 days , asked for refund or exchange i was denied , last month reported the same freezer and i am still waiting for help , the level of rudeness i got from the supervisor Ndabazitha was out of this world, I will never recommend anyone to buy from this **** shop No acknowledgement no update the most **** place i have ever shopped on this planet
