Bad service and customer care

Hifi Corp, does not deserve even one star, I curse the day I went to buy the laptop for my daughter on 13 February 2026, she has only used the laptop for a week. Took it in for repairs, they brought it back without any repair done on it, that's twice. It's almost end of May now, still not using the laptop. I will never sat my foot in any of their shops, after this incident, their management are killing once a good product. I regret why I was lured by their special then. Anyone going to hifi corp, should go there at their own risk. They are good at escalating the matter, with no action.
