Bad service and correspondence

I will never order something from them again. Ive done the online order and paid for items on the 24th April where I was told that only essential items will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. After numerous contact with the online staff I was told that i will get all the items that Ive ordered but it will take another 2 to t working days. Ive received half my order and then I was told that the order had to be split up without any notification. With this order Ive ordered 2 beds that was said in one of my chats to the online staff that it was marked as an essential item but the next day I received an email stating that I will only be getting it after lockdown... ive tried emailing them but they just dont respond... not happy at all
