Bad service and bad online services

Hi-Fi corporation has a very useless online service, I bought a bed online. Order accepted and payment was made,I check a day later and I saw it said 'cancelled and this confused me because I can't cancel the order. I got hold of them via WhatsApp to ask why it was cancelled, then I was told it cancelled because there is no availability of stock and they don't have an ETA of when stock will be available, now considering thag it's festive and it might be delayed until maybe 2nd week January 2026 and I can't wait thag long because I need a bed asap. I asked for a refund and I was told it will be processed within 7-10 days. This is a company that claims to care, now I have to move into a new house with no bed and sleep where in the next 10 days? I need my refund and today or Tomorrow which is friday.

They need to develop an Automated system that tells you when the stock is finished.
