Bad service

I ordered a bed 27.05 they told me 3 to 7 working days. I waited and last week Thursday 04.06, a lady called me asking if they can deliver Saturday the 08th. I agreed. I then gave my bed away first thing in the morning. Until to date no one has called or delivered. When I track my order at some point it said it was delivered to me,they sent invoice for bed and the seperate one for delivery. No one answers in their call centre. I want everyone to know how bad Hifi-corporation is I am disgusted. I have been without bed for 3 nights because of them calling and confirming a false delivery
