Bad service

I'm so disappointed with the level of service I received from mabopane branch.. I'm not sure if it's *********** or lack of knowledge.. I returned a product on the 23/10/22 n was not given any proof of returned.. I realized later then called the store and was told that they operate like that.. I told them I will follow up with them but to my surprise the mails they sending me is the mail cerculating amoungst them within a branch.. I want this sorted ASAP
