Bad service

I would also like to share my very bad experiences when it comes to hood Corp Jabulani mall. I bought a fridge from this shop and 19 days of using the fridge the fridge was faulty. I called them and explained what was happening with the fridge and also stated that after only 19 days and im having this issue it means this will be an ongoing matter and suggested that they exchange the fridge and they quickly said that I didn’t read the terms and conditions, that clearly stated that they don’t exchange after 16 days. They said they will be sending a technician from defy and that took about a week. I then sent my mom to go to the store and find out what’s happening because the food was getting spoiled she was then told to put the meat on the floor and it will not get spoiled. In short I’m m still waiting for the matter to be resolve and nothing is happening since they said they will finally exchange the fridge. I will not be doing any business with hifi Corp not ever again
