Bad service

On the 18/11/19 I went to Hi Fi Corp Centurion Mall to submit my documents as I was provisionally approved for a credit. They were not able to assist me because their system had a problem and I was asked to leave my documents and come back the following. 19/11/19 I went back to complete the application, firstly they had misplaced my documents and I had to wait 30min while they look for them. When they found them, the lady didn't know how to upload the documents and she asked for assistance from her supervisor who just said "don't you know what you doing" came and look at the screen and left. A few times the lady called the supervisor, he had an attitude and he did not assist her. After waiting again for another hour, still nothing has been done. Then she told me that she managed to load them and will call me tomorrow for XDS number. She called and I gave her. I waited over 5days to hear feedback from them but nothing, I had to call them daily to find out the outcome of my application. How can an application take so long to be approved or declined. After 10days of waiting I get a call on the 28/11/19 and they inform me that I should come back with my documents and do the application again.

It's very disappointing to get such service.
