BAD SERVICE!!!

If there was a worst rating than 1 star then it would have been that . HI-FI Corp Secunda service was very disappointing. I app**** online and was instructed by mail to take documents into the branch , Which I did on Monday the 7th of June 2021. First I had to wait for them to find someone who could assist me and after almost an hour they eventually captured everything on the system they did it incorrectly. Phoning on Tuesday they told me they will phone me back. Wednesday I phone HI-FI Corp Head office just so to be told that they need to correct something at the branch. The idiot that I was phoned the specific lady that assisted me on Monday to tell her that head office just told me she need to do a correction on my application. Eventually she told me that I just have to come in again for finger prints. Once again I went in to the store just to be told that I have to do a re-application because they made an error on the first one. Feeling that this was bad costumer service I requested the floor manager's assistance. After explaining my frustration he had the audacity to tell me to " TAKE TIME AND MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE to re do it they will make sure it was done correctly this time. Definitely not customer friendly or consumer friendly , and if I never have to deal with them again it will be to soon.
