BAD service

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with both Hi Fi Corp and Defy. I purchased a washing machine last year, and within just 3 to 4 months, the spinning mechanism failed. It took Defy nearly two weeks to send someone out for repairs. Now, only six months later, I am facing the exact same issue. I have already been waiting for two weeks just for Defy to inspect the machine before even addressing the problem. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend buying an appliance at HIFi
