Bad service

I received terrible service from Hi-Fi corp Thavhani mall.

The person there with the best customer s****s is the security guard.

I bought two TV's and they wanted me two use one of the employee's tv licenses and just pay him a sum of money, after I told them I have one.

I emailed the ID to them after they gave me the wrong email at first and they just refused to print it for me so I had to get it printed at Postnet for R15.

During this whole event of trying to by TV's on my own license, I had a migraine and struggled to concentrate. The manager and sales person just cared about the transaction.

They all could see that I am not well but would send me all over and try to sell more things to me.

The security is the only one that overed me a chair to sit on.
