BAD SERVICE

I've never experienced such useless and terrible customer service. I bought a TV at Hi Fi corp two years back (first time buying there) TV had a technical issue took it back 1st week of May at HiFi Corp Westgate, store said they will contact me when the TV is ready for collection, to this date nothing! Went to the store twice and the sales guy (one that works at customer service (coloured guy) kept on saying we will contact you this week. Stayed patient! fast forward,two weeks later(I took the initiative again) yesterday called the store to try and find out what was going on, spoke to a Octovia who didnt even want to listen to my query or frustrations and just transferred me to a manager (Kiran) spoke to Kiran told him my frustrations and he said he'll investigate and call me back. Kiran didn't even bother to call me back. I still don't have a TV in my house. I have to again take the initiative calmly today and call Kiran again to find out why he never gave me feedback. Lesson learned from this before you go buy at a store check customer reviews (HiFi Corp has the poorest). Firstly the Tv did'nt even last for more then two years(So I guess their furniture renders the same service as their stuff) pathetic! I wouldn't advice anyone to go there, bad service and no one knows what they doing. I'm disappointed!!!
