Bad service

I bought an iPhone from the store on the 27th of November 2020 it switched off on the 7th of September 2021,I took it back to the shop on the 12th of September,followed the procedure after 14day they called and told me that I didn't return the phone with the accessories ,I took them back ....after another 14 days they called telling me that my phone can't get fixed because I haven't logged out from FIND MY IPHONE ....it's been 2months and 27 days now and I haven't gotten my phone back they keep telling me to log out and I don't really have an alternative phone to use to log out now I can't get my phone back..please help
