Bad Service

Last Year I bought a fridge at Hi Fi Corp and your East London branch delivered now I realised that the water dispenser wasn't working I reported it and I was advised that I need to submit proof of payment and I did in December. I was helped by a tiny black lady who advised me that she's the manager but she told me that since its December they won't be able to send someone out as the suppliers are closed and that they will send someone out in January. I didn't have a problem with that. But now it's March and still they haven't sent someone. I'm in PE and I travel to EL once every month and I can't get to the store because of commitments and it's difficult to get hold of the store telephonically. This is a huge inconvenience please sort it out
