bad service

bad service I received. I bought a fridge on the 1st of march which was a sunday. on the 3rd of march Wednesday I went back to the store to report that the dispenser was leaking I was told by the store manager maharaj at westgate mall that they will log a call for a house call so that the fridge can be fixed. I was not expecting the fridge to be fixed as I bought it a day ago I told the manager that I want a new fridge as it is within 7 working days but he told me that that is not possible they can only come and fix it so my concern is if the fridge is non functional as new what is going to happen as time goes and it is not written anywhere that you buy appliance voet stoets. so I feel ****** as I have paid a lot of money to be told that. please assist.
