BAD SERVICE

I bought a TV and used it for a week and it went blank. I returned the TV and it was booked for repairs. More than 20 days passed, almost a month and went back to the shop only to find they were not making follow-ups. They told me to come the following week and still there wasn't concrete feedback. Few days passed, I called to follow-up and was told that they have app**** for credit so I can take another TV and I asked how long is that gonna take and the answer was "I don't know how long is it gonna take." I am so frustrated and I want my money back because I believe they have failed me after I gave them sufficient time
