Bad service

Ordered a desk 2 weeks ago online. I have had no feedback when the desk will be delivered. Paid in full. Tried tracking the order #*** there has been no movement . Terrible service. Been calling the call centre no one picks up. I don’t know if the desk will be delivered or not.
