Bad service

I ordered a washing machine via the Hifi Corp online site on 13 June 2020, paid cash for it and till today there is no movement on the order. The status still show ' received payment'. I've chatted with two agents via their 'online chats', couldn't give me an answer as to when the order will be shipped. I sent 4 - 5 inquiries emails via their online inquiry site and till today no response was received. When I phoned their inquiry number, thee agent told me that nothing can be picked up thats indicating I've made any inquiries She indicated that the machine is still at the 'warehouse'. I indicated to her that their website shows delivery between 2- 6 working days. Today is 10 days since I placed the order. I would not recommend that anyone should order online from Hifi corp as they dont keep to their ethics. I didn't even get a call from any manager or shop owner.
