Bad service!

I have only recieved ****ty service from Hifi Corp online store! I placed an order on the 18th of May 2020 for a playstation. They said 2-5 working days, i kept track of my order and day 10 it still said payment recieved. Every time i phoned they kept on saying they have a back log, eventually after 7 days they said there is no stock and will only recieve in middel June. I then cancelled my order on the 28 May because i cant wait that long and they must have said from the begining there is no stock. Its 6 days after i send my bank details and i havent recieved my refund! Everytime i phone im on the line for more than an hour before someone answer and then they keep on saying they are busy with it! Your service and way of doing things is unaccaptable. I will in my life never buy anything from Hifi Corp again!
