Bad service

Yesterday I went to Hifi corp Secunda to by a tablet that was on special for R999. They salesperson told me that they are still busy to offload the truck and that the pad is not available yet. I decided to buy an 8 inch pad with a keybord for R2500 instead which I paid cash. After 6 hours I returned the Sansui tablet because it was not charging and the customer care in store told me to replace it. The sales person told me that I have bought the last one and that they were out of stock. I then ask my money back. The manager informed me that they cannot refund me because they only have R300 float available. They then wanted to sell me a 7 inch tabled with no keypad and cover. As I wanted one with key pad they phoned Incredable connection next door and they told them they have a cover with keypad for the tablet. I decided to take it and get the cover and keybord from them. Hifi corp refunded the extra mone because the 7 inch is much cheaper. Arriving at Incedable connection they did not have a cover with keybord. Now I sit with something I did not want in the first place. I am highly disgusted and will never buy anything again from Hifi corp ever again.
