bad service

The worst online service!!!! I ordered a fridge 7 March 2019 and my payment went through, i received an email stating payment received buy seller. Delivery is due in 2 - 6 Days, i called the call centre 13 March 2019 they could not give me an answer all i keep getting is "we will escalate the complaint to warehouse"i am tired of this and it is wasting my time. can i please just get an answer whether i am getting my fridge YES or NO will suffice and i can ask for a refund.
