Bad service

Hi bought online a Kic 314 fridge with delivery only find out 4days later they don't have stock nd delivery will take 3 to 15 working days. I phone the online shop and send a email until today no answer. I phone N1 city shop to ask if they can help me with the order was help nd a broken fridge was delived. O phone today to complain again they said they will send me a new fridge that is bigger but it was only longer.
