Bad service

Our washing machine broke, so we urgently need a new one. we placed our order on the 8 December 2018. On the 13 December, after I emailed them twice about the delivery status, I got an email back saying they are out of stock. The moment I placed my order, there was still enough stock. Today is the 5th woeking day. Still no washing machine. Delivery states 3-15 days. Still no further communication "awaiting stock from warehouse".
