Bad service

My 50inch Tv is still at Hi-fi corporation they have my extended guarantee papers.But without my original proof of payment.Till slip they delaying the process of fixing my tv.They holding the tv inside the store refusing to deal with the matter.Now its my place to contact head office seeing that i bought the tv at Somerset Hi-fi corporation and not at Promenade mall in Mitchellsplain.To make matters even worse the brach in Somerset west is closed for some reason.How do i Hayley Battle sort this out if i have no co-operation with Hi-fi corporation.Please Contact me on ********** 035
