Bad service

Bought a 50 inch television At Somerset the store closed. Took the tv to Promenade Mall. Finance department is waiting on tax invoice proof of purchase. Even though they have the warranty papers.Its almost 2week and still no response whether the tv will be fixed.The sceen is blank the sound is on.
