Bad Service

This is the second time I have given my kids Tablets in which is now 3 weeks ago. I have not had any feedback regarding the outcome. I would like a credit to be passed for my purchases so i can buy something else instead of wasting my time and keep sending the tablets for repairs. I want a CREDIT not the Tablets back.
