Bad service

I went to this said store in woodmead on the 24th October 2017 to purchase a Canon PIXMA MX494 with a one year warranty. I then went back on the 16th November 2017 at 12:33pm to book it in for repairs as it was obviously not working anymore. A Miss Motshidisi Moota assisted me with booking it in and said that I will be called in a week even though their turaround time was 16 to 18 working days. I have been calling this store tirelessly with no luck as they either don't pick up the phone or they transfer me to service where they have never answered to date.
