Bad service

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from the staff of HiFi Corp Atterbury. I was returning my food processor I bought in May only to be told by lady at customer service that she can't help me because they do not sell it as part of the bundle anymore. Her colleguae of which was the guy who assisted in May blatantly said I never bought the item there, it's obvious because it's not even on the shelves. I asked him why would I wake up on a hot busy Saturday morning and go to a store to return an item I never bought there. He simply told me he cannot help me. I asked to see the manager who was polite enough to assist and get his staff to eventually help me. I wonder how many people are turned away with no assistance because of unprofessional staff. Had it been I didn't insist to see the store manager then I would of not received assistance
