Bad service

I place a order online and its been more than 2 weeks with no delivery, i call them every day to follow up, they don’t even call me back when I run out of airtime cz they always put me on hold , Viyokazi Myeki is one of their agents that keeps on telling me lies and placing me on hold, duch bad service 😭😭😭
