Bad service

Earlier this year(10 February 2024), I purchased a stove from Hifi Corporation located in Brakpan Carnival Mall. Unfortunately, I am experiencing significant issues with the product. Specifically, the oven has ceased functioning altogether.

Upon reporting this matter to your store, I was assured that a technician would be dispatched to address the issue. Regrettably, despite waiting patiently since Monday, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the resolution of this problem.

Compounding my frustration is the fact that I utilize this stove for business purposes. Given the urgency of the matter, I visited the store again yesterday seeking assistance. However, the service I received was incredibly poor. The individual I spoke with not only failed to provide any meaningful assistance but also declined to furnish me with a reference number for further inquiry.

This situation has left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and prompt resolution of the issues with my stove.

I sincerely hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
