BAD SERVICE

<p>I purchased a SANSUI tv in July 2016 at HIFI-CORP FESTIVAL MALL , on the 25 February 2017 i woke up to a TV which is now totally off no power nothing I did not fally nor there was no lightining. i was so dissapointed i went to HIFI CORP the sales manager THANDAYI who had not sysphathy nor profesional just asked me where's the tv as i told him its in the car he asked one of the guys in the shop to help me carry it , once it was back he asked me did the tv fall ? was it hit by lightning ? i answered NO </p> <p>Then he says we taking it in for repair if they find it was ligthing it will fall of warranty. if not they will fix you will receive it in 7to 21 days, he was so cold in assisting me so i asked will i be getting a loan tv he says he will call me on Wednesday TILL NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. What a terrible service when you go buy staff cash they treat you like a million dollar but when it gives you problem they treat you like a door mat. i can promise you one thing that sales manager will not get any leads from anyone with that attitude. i hope i get my tv well in time. </p>
