Bad Service

<p> I logged a call for my Defy T/Dryer at Stoneridge branch of Hi-FI Corp on Monday the 6th of June 2016 where i bought my machine. The following day I got a call from the store informing me that my warranty has expired, apparently the total warranty was 4 years including the 2 years extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the machine.</p> <p>This is totally in contrast to what I was told when I bought the machine, and I do not see it anywhere in the contract where it stipulates that my warranty ends in 4 years ( from 26th of May 2011 to 26th of May 2015 ) all I see on the contract is 2 years manufacture's gaurantee and 4 years extended warranty period.</p> <p>On the same day of logging a call for the T/Dryer I also brought in a small Heater that had stopped working, but was still under warranty and they said it would take 14 to 21 days to get it fixed, but after 32 days and still counting I haven't received any feedback from the store.</p> <p>On the 7th of June 2016, I wrote to the customer care of Hi-fi Corp and furnished them with the Extended Warranty Agreement for their perusal, but them too did not care to respond.</p>
