Bad Service

We had loans with Hi Fi Corporation. We then manage to settle all our loans in July 2014, just to find out later that the settlement amounts that their consultant gave me before I made the payments was more then the actual settlemnet amounts. My husband went. Into one of the hi fi corp's branches and they verified it on their systems.and promised him we will be re-imbursed, well that was in Decemeber 2014, and ever since it has just been empty promises. I fail to understand that if we overpaid our loans what seems to be the problem to re-imburse us our money. I can't believe this is the service we are getting from hi fi corporation its pathetic. If this is how they treat they clients.
