Bad service

I bought snappy chef pots and I'm not satisfied with the product I told them I only use one pot and the other is not used can I please get a refund firstly they claim to have send me a respond of which I did not get and secondly they told me I should have confirmed with yhe courier guy inask them was I suppose to use the pot while the courier guy is waiting to be satisfied they are acting like they are operating like a an ******* business why are they not fair did they sell me rejects pots or something
