Bad service

I made an online transaction on the 27/10/2020 for a TV stand, delivery was arranged for the 30/10/2020 the driver came with the stand and returned back with it because he didn't know how to assemble the stand and the driver said he will return the following day with someone who knows how to assemble the stand I took another day off and waited the whole day and the driver didn't show up. On the 2nd of November I got a call to arrange for another delivery for the 5th of November and the driver didn't show up and only on the 8th on a Sunday the driver came to deliver and he also didn't know how to assemble it so he delivered it and said they will arrange for someone to come on the 9th to assemble the stand... 8 days later I'm still stuck with a TV stand that's no assembled so basically I have purchased pieces of wood
