Bad service

I bought a car radio. The person that sold me the tape just sold me the item. Then I went to install the radio and it did not work. When I took it back they had 100 things that was never mentioned when I purchased the item now i can't get a refund or exchange. That's very poor service and they still want the installer name. I Wil never byu from hifi corporation again
