Bad return and refund process

I bought a bed set online and the legs were loose and falling apart now I have to go up and down to get an exchange or refund. It's like the sell damages online and make it impossible to refund you end up giving up and letting it go. Now I'm thinking of ordering legs at takealot. I regret buying there.
