Bad quality product...bad / no after sales service

Bought the so called Sansui brand TV fro Hifi Corp Roodepoort branch during April 2015 (do yourselve a favour and never buy this product...Hifi Corp boight the brand and now use substandard parts to manufacture under the Sansui name - unfortunately I got this information only after I bought the piece of *******). The TV packed up start December 2015. Took it in for repairs and received it back 3 weeks later...in a worse condition. Not fixed at all, does not work at all...screen goes funny colours. Phone Roodepoort branch management (Thembi), he did not have a clue how to respond. Totally incapable if sitting in the position he is. So what now? My advice...don't ever buy anything from Hifi Corporation...absilutely useless!!!!!
