Bad quality bed

I brought a bed from hi fi corporation I am not happy with the quality of the bed as it stated its firm set bed it's hardly a month but the shows that there a hole in the middle already it making funny noises and m not happy with bed quality and no value it's super soft very uncomfortable bed
