Bad product, Bad service - still waiting for feedback

To show that Hifi Corporation service is bad, this is a second time I'm writing the same complaint and no one bothered to reply and assist, how pathetic. I am still waiting for you to refund me, I left the stick blender at Westgate HifiCorp and waiting for you to advise of the way forward.
