Bad online shopping, they are selling "it's out of stock" after you made a payment a d had to follow-up after 4 working days
I will never buy anything online from HIFI CORP, I bought a phone online after 4 working days with no communication from them, I emailed them to ask about my order now they said they do not have stock so I have to add R4000 to get alternative because the one I bought was on sale and they said they no longer have atock yet the phone is still on their website for sale. Why would you advertise a product you don't have in stock for two weeks?

16 May 2023, 19:00I am very disappointed on HIFI CORP employees. After they said they didn't have my order and asked me to add R4000. I then opted for a lesser option of a where I needed to add R1000 instead of R4000 but now they submitted a refund that I didn't request. Now I need to wait 7 working days for a refund. Never buy something from HIFI online if you need it urgently, their online sales are a mess and customer care are just ******** and do what they want with less supervision or none at all!
