Bad online service.

I bought Skullcandy earphones online they were ridiculously cheap...and it would take 10-15 delivery. 9 days later i received an email from them telling me the earphones were out of stock and they need my banking details to refund me. Imagine 9 days later they get back to me to tell me the product is out of stock, to make things worse i asked if they could give me a voucher that i can still use in their stores and they did not respond. I did not know that their customer service is very bad, i will never buy from them again.
