Bad online service

I orders a table online end of November, it was on sale. I also orderd ab office chair that was on sale. They canceled my chair order and said they do not have it in stock.

The delivered table was assembled, when I attempted to use it the leg fell off and I Logged a return on 02 December or a warranty check and they promised to contact me but they never did.

I have followed uo by email and also by whatsapp ans i am receiving no response.

These business have honestly become as good as ****s, we really cannot trust to get the service we paid for. It is one thing to communicate and say maybe it doesn't meet criteria. But to just keep quiet, while my work table is unusable is absurd
